Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns the results. San Fernando People Search does not save a copy of those searches on its own servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you decide to include and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and learn which pages visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The information described above helps us run the site, troubleshoot faults, measure traffic, and refine content. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to San Fernando departments, Los Angeles County and California records offices, court portals, library collections, or third-party search services. Information submitted on a linked website is controlled by that website's privacy policy, not this one. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a third-party company under its own practices.
When Information Is Shared
Companies that host or support the site may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Visitor Information
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated purposes require. Because San Fernando People Search does not offer accounts, it holds no site password or account profile for a visitor.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal information so that it can be deleted.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give California residents rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to limit certain sale or sharing when those rights apply. Because San Fernando People Search holds very little visitor information, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one.
California's DROP mechanism became available on January 1, 2026, so residents can send one deletion request to active data brokers registered with the California Privacy Protection Agency. Those brokers must begin processing DROP requests on August 1, 2026, subject to legal exceptions. DROP concerns data brokers, not public records maintained by the City of San Fernando, Los Angeles County, California courts, or state agencies. Requests to remove or restrict an official record must go to the responsible custodian under the law governing that record.
